Rear fender flares

Just realized I need to remove my rear fender flares to fix a patch of rust. Once I remove the plastic wheel well covers can I expect to see any of those darn rivnuts that are also used on the front? I hate to have to bust out the dremel again.

If I remember correctly, I believe there are a couple of them on each side. I believe they are the ones toward the front.....it's been a while though.
