The only help I can offer of the top of my head is that there is no latch for the glass. Unlike every other suv out there on the jeep the tailgate keeps the glass closed. So, in other words to open the back you first open the tailgate, the the glass will just lift up. My hard top is not accessable right now or I would take a pic for you too help further. I'm sure someone else will chime in though

ok so the glass closes and the gate holds it shut... so is there a seal at the bottom that should come with the new glass to keep water out???

when I had my rear glass replaced after I broke it, the strip along the bottom of the new glass was already attached and part of it. I didn't need to buy anything seperate. The rod attached to a small bracket that was already molded into the rear hatch glass.

The only thing that wasn't part of the glass was the wiper arm. I think the hinges were on the hardtop and if you don't have those you may need to buy them from the dealership but I can't remember

well i got my glass but the retard who owned the jeep before me kept NONE of the parts for the back glass... so i went to the dealer to look up the washers and such to mount the back glass and prop rods and it was like 180 bucks for all the stuff cause they only sell the whole hinge and everything.. i only need the washers and such.... does anyone have a link so any place that sells just the washers or any just mounting hardware? I put the glass on so its in place.. but i would like to mount the wiper motor and prop rod mounts... I am going to the local auto parts store tomorrow to see what i can find... anyone else have any ideas?????????
