Rear glass question again

OK. The other day i had the rear glass replaced (dam tornadoes). The one they installed fit terribly. Had them install a OE glass today and it fits a little better, BUT. Wiper motor still crooked,
Questions the glass company has is they think the top maybe warped???
My question is, Is there any way that i have a yj top or someone put a wiper motor and glass on a tj top. they told me there's only one rear glass for our jeeps. So i have no idea whats up. O the glass that got busted fit perfect and the wiper motor and cover was straight.

if it is the correct top and had no issues in the past-(old glass fit correctly) I would hold the shop accountable-but have to also keep in mind what are your other options? Is there another shop? Is it a REASONABLE DISTANCE to drive to? Bottom line vote with your dollar getting the work done right may not always be cheap but which would you rather have?

There is three screws on the cover and screw in to the motor and the motor is on the glass. the company replaced the second one on there dime with a OE from the dealer. Im starting to think i may have some inbred top or wiper motor and the glass is the right one for the jeep year.
Am i right that only a tj top will fit a tj?
