Pretty sure my RMS is the culprit here. I have some wet oil around the drain, on the back of the pan, whole bottom is wet and even oil wetness on drivers side of pan, gasket gone as well maybe?? 95k miles 2004

Seems to appear that way.. If you want spray it down with some brakes parts cleaner and then watch it for a few days, week etc... see how bad it gets. And of course check your oil level.

Before you get too excited, check carefully around the valve cover on top. Your leak could be there (very common) and is running down to the bottom. Since you say it is wet on the driver's side, I'd look real close on that side.

I have read about that and check the valve cover area, it looks grimy but not like it has a leak. I have been watching this for the last almost 2 years and lately the bottom of my engine skid is really wet along with drops in my garage.

My 03 with 96k miles is doing the same thing. It seems like a pretty easy fix if you have the time and patience. Right now I'm just keeping an eye on my oil level and will get around to fixing it some day. I'm only seeing a drop maybe once a week so for now I'm going to leave it be.

Yeah I have this week off so I figured I would tackle it, already have the exhaust unbolted from the manifold and just picked up the seal today gonna do it tomorrow.

i have to do the same thing in the next couple weeks, i lost two pan bolts and my gasket is ruined so when i replace the pan gasket i might as well swap out the RMS while I'm at it.

Hit this pretty hard today. Started at 3 and had the pan bolted back up before 9. Gotta throw the exhaust and skid plates back on and fill her up with some clean oil, either tonight or tomorrow morning. Just stopped for a bud light lime break.
