Talking Rear Safety Restraints

I recently learned that my drivers side rear pasenger safety restraint is stuck in the locked position. I was told by the dealership that the whole assembly needed replaced costing me $500..BUT the cost for the rear safety restraint assembly is $70,so I am doing it myself. So I'm asking what tools I will need to replace it for a 2005 wrangler, and any suggestions or help on what I might run into?
Thanks

$500.00???? For what???? Try another Dealer and report this one to Chrysler. Might want to remove yours first to see what's messing it up.
