Rear stock track bar

Hey guys,
Im installing my JKS front and rear adjustable trackbars. I am having trouble get the rear one off because of the torx bolt, it is a T55. IS the nut on the back welded in or do i need to hold that down while I use the torx rachet? Any advice? Thanks!

PB Blaster. It shouldn't be welded. Is it turning at all? And yes, you need to use a wrench on the nut while turning the T55 head

If it was anything like mine theres a flag nut on the back. Looks like a nut with a silver tab attached to it. The tab made contact with the frame and used that contact to hold the nut while a unscrewed the torx bolt. You should see something like this:

Unless you mean the one on the frame. That's just a regular nut.
