Rear Swaybar Bolt Broken

Just noticed the bolt that connects the rear passenger side RE sway bar link to the sway bar is missing along with any bushings. Looks easy enough to fix but is this a common thing to happen? Is it ever a sign of worse things to come or a more serious underlying issue? Do i need to get the parts from RE or was that an OEM part i can grab from NAPA? Any opportunities to use this as an excuse for some type of upgrade?

Thanks

Well this is a bummer. Their website seems optimistic that they could come back once they trim the fat. Fingers crossed they're not done for good.
