Rear Upper Control Arms

I have a 06 Rubicon LJ, with a 2.5 inch lift and 32" tires.

A month or so ago both stock rear upper control arms snapped. I purchased new adjustable control arms and installed according to directions. Stock control arms were 13", directions on new arms stated to set them at 14.5 inches, which I did.

This length throws the drive line way out of aligment. Can anyone give me any advise as far as length on the control arms? Also where can I find a "Drive Angle Meter"?

You can find a magnetic angle gauge at Harbor Freight for around $5.

He has a Rubicon. OP, try adjusting the control arms to 13" and check your angles.

Rubicons came stock with a fixed yoke but don't have a double cardon shaft...

I agree though, if it worked with stock arms it would be logical to set the adjustable arms to stock length.

Yep. That's what I was getting at. No DC shaft. Set them back to stock length as mentioned.

stock rear uppers are 13.5" eye to eye. unless you're running a CV driveshaft, or longer lowers (which won't even work in the rear), that's pretty much what the length should be.
