Rear Windshield Wiper Problem

On my 98, the rear windshield wiper doesn't work. I have the switch and everything, but nothing happens when I press it. It's been like this since I got the Jeep. I'm getting a Chilton from my friend pretty soon, but I just wanted to see if anybody had any advice. I double-checked all of the connections that you unplug when you take the top off, and they are all good.

Check for a good ground, and also power when you push the switch.
Also see if you may just have a blown fuse for it.
Might be as simple as that.
