I went with an SYE from Advance Adapters and am happy with it, but if I had to do it over again, I'd go with one from JB Conversions. Read their site and you'll see why. The main reason is so that I could get a "Super Short" SYE, which allows you to run a bit longer drive shaft.
At the time I didn't understand why that would be desirable, but now that I've got 4" of suspension lift and a tummy tuck, I see the value.
With 3 inches of lift and a completely flat custom skid I don't have any. I'm literally an inch from having bind at full droop. If you have the change get the super short. I will probably be swapping to a SS and lengthing the DS or modifying my driveshaft for more clearance in the future.
JB sye is great, AA is next, but really they all get the job done.

Dragging up this thread....looking underneath pondering a flat bottom....2 thoughts arise....
Tucking it all up, is there still room in there for the cat converter? Or is it just up really friggin tight to floor? Any heat issues then? (assuming the heat shield will still be there)
And also ( maybe a stupid question...) why not just get some metal from the shop instead of buying a skid kit? Or am I missing something here? Besides buying a low-pro mount.
