Redneck Paint Job

My 04 SE is starting to show its age with some minor surface rust. For 11 CNY winters it's been a seriously good run. It still turns heads in the summer with the black on black on black scheme i've had going, but it's definitely moving up in age so...

What's the best way to redneck paint the lowest 4 inches of the tub all the way around as well as the top of the drivers side fender. I'd probably also do the grill and the part that bumps up on the hood. As well as my chrome center caps on the wheels... I'm debating on whether it's still worth it but the jeep only has 86k on it and i'm not quite ready to get rid of it, but i've also had it with windy day freeway driving and constant wobble that not even top of the line steering stabilizers fix. Next vehicle will not be a jeep probably a newer F150.

So should I bother? Or just run it into the ground and let it go to hell.

And if i should bother whats the best way to do it.

Side note by redneck paint i mean the kind you do with a spray can from walmart because its certainly not worth a professional paint job.

top of the line steering stabilizers won't cure your wobble. You could always plasti dip the entire truck I have seen that before. It's not professional but it gives the surface a texture and do-able i'm not sure with how many cans. Could always bed line it too as that's a roll on
