Regearing axles

Hey all, I am new to owning a Jeep Wrangler and I have a 2000 with a 4 inch Rough Country lift and 33 inch tires and I am curious what gears the axles should be at? I ask because I notice quite a loss of power with the newly done lift and bigger tires. Sorry if my question is dumb, I am new..

Thanks,
Kevin

No problem. If your running 3.07 gears like me you'll have to get a new carrier as well as ring and pinion. I'm doing 4.88's next month and going to 35's

I am running 4.56's with the 4.0/Manual/33's and love it. Puts the Jeep right into the powerband.

No mod to the 4.0 less Stroker Kit or Super Charger will give you back the power you lost.
