Relocation of license plate.

Hello all,
Today i was thinking about moving my license plate from its location to on the back tire. i have seen this before and was thinking what to use to keep it on there.. If anyone has ever done this, i would really appreciate it if you could post some pictures and tell me what you used for the light and to hold it on, thanks.

This is what I run. GenRight's License Plate Mount

No lite on mine. Before I got it I ziptied the plate to the spare.

The only catch is if you have inspection or pulled over and they are picky, you need a license plate. Bolts with lights are available.

I have the bracket and no light whatsoever. No one seems to care too much.

My area is crazy about all kinds of lighting, I wouldn't get a week before someone pulled me over. I wanna switch to the flush LED tail lights too but wanna keep it off the spare. I'm thinking of strapping it to bumper and using the bolt lights.
