For the tach wire I used the Gray wire coming from the 4 pin connecter at the back of the coil rail.
Follow the coil rail to the back by the firewall and it connects there make sure you test the wire first.
The harness loops down a little bit then into the main harness so I tapped of the side of the wire after I pulled it out from the loom a little bit.
I dont have any pics of the neutral safety wire because my remote start didnt use it but for it you would need to goto the PCM connecters over behind the battery.
It should be a brown/light blue wire coming out of the Black 32 pin connecter on the PCM. It is a negative lead so make sure and test it first.
