Remove harmonic balancer on NP231 transfer case

Any tricks to removing the harmonic balancer on the np231 output shaft. Trying to install an sye and so far it doesn't seem to be moving. I am trying to put the 3 bolts through to push it off. Any other ideas?

Harmonic balancer? I just pulled the dust cover off mine with a gear puller... Have any pics?

No pics as it's at a friends garage, we got the springs, shocks, and control arms on today. SYE and tummy tuck for tomorrow.

It's about 5 inches in diameter . Apparently some TJ's came with them though the majority did not. It has a rubber ring in the middle

I used a 6" 3 jaw pulley and ripped the outer off the inner... then pulled the inner....
