Removing battery for awhile

Hello Guys newbie here, but been stalking for awhile. I need a battery for my boat for about a week. I was thinking about stealing the one off of the jeep, but want to make sure it won't jack up any computer stuff or anything like that. I have a 2000 Sahra. Thanks in advance.

Are you sure the Jeep battery will work in the boat ? Does it need to be deep cycle, or is it just used for starting the boat ?

It's a 25 hp flat bottom, just going to need to start it a few times. I can pull start it, but I'm kinda lazy thataway. Hasn't been run in awhile and trying to cover all my bases.

just dont forget that the battery in your jeep is probably wet cell, and not one of the gel ones for marine use....so it will leak if you tip it
