Renew My Jeep

I bought a 2002 TJ 2 months ago. Over all it looks good. The fender flares were faded and so is the dash board and center console. I heard about this stiff called Plasti Dip. I started out the outside today and got the drivers side fender flares done and they look great. Tomorrow Im going to passanger side. I Think I may do the bumpers also. After that Ill start on the inside. I will phost some before and after photos soon. Cant wait to get it all done, what I have done so far looks great. I it has only cost me $6.00 to give me Jeep some a fresh look.

The only problem with plasti dip is if it scratches or chips, it starts to peel and need to be RE-done.

x2. For the inside, I would go with Duplicolor vinyl /plastic paint for durability and easy touchups. This is a great you tube video on prepping/painting interior parts.

check out this thread for interior. Its loaded with great ideas and the proper materials and prep work to get the best out of your interior. I had the best luck with Krylon Fusion for the interior panels heres a pic of my interior:

also check out for other mods and updating tricks like bedlining your door handles and fender flares. post up some pics of what you have done!

Random Guy: "Is there anywhere that thing cant go?"
Me: "Yea, past a gas station..."
