Repair Book?

Does anybody out there have the service manual for the Wrangler that you can buy from Jeep? I was looking online and the print version is $110 and I was wondering if it was worth the money if I plan to keep the Wrangler a long time and be able to fix things on it....

Depends how technical of repairs you will be doing. That manual has everything in it to completely tear your Jeep apart and put it back together, so for bigger, more complex stuff it's great, but if you are just pulling parts and bolting on new, probably not worth it. For what it's worth, I bought one and have used it a few times to trace wiring and see how things are held together (pressed on vs. hidden hardware). I think I have paid for it in unbroken parts already, but everyone is different. Wait until you think you will need it, then it isn't so hard to justify the money...

If you have to ask what it is or what it does, you don't need it, and you will need help to install it!
