Replaced front hub assy still shakes... mm?

About 3 weeks ago i replaced my worn out driver side hub assy, torqued it all to spec and then re torqued a week later (175 ft ibs). The shaking occurs around 30-35 mph, before it was 20 35 so it improved. Its worse under throttle so im thinking its time to get some brown dong mml and a bl. Before i order does this sound like a mm problem?
