Replacement Fender

hey all, I was wondering if anyone here knew of an inexpensive place to buy a replacement driver side fender for an 04 Wrangler. I hit two small deer last night in the snow storm we had and it crinkled up the front part where the blinker is. Not really bad at all but not easily fixable. I doubt I'll be able to bang it out so i was wondering if you all knew of a place where I purchase one. I found two on ebay which will be 200 total with shipping plus I need to have it painted. Is there anything cheaper?

I'd take it to a body shop. I would think they could do a small job for a little less than that.

yeah, i was thinking of that. I have a good friend who owns a body shop. I'll have to bring it in for a quote. I must say though that considering I hit two deer at once the Jeep really is a tank.

I have to agree ebay would be your best bet, but if want to upgrade to fenders that will never dent again, poison spyder customs makes some steel tube fenders out of dom tubing and 1/8" plate steel for about 350 a set w/o flares or 500 a set for 3" fender flares.

hmm, this I may have to look into . I have to wait until I find out what is going on with my Jeep though. It's been in the shop 4 times now for the same problem and they can't fix it. Because it was used I can't do anything with lemon law. So i have to wait and see what compensation I get from Chrysler corporate. They have agreed to compensation so that I may be able to trade it in on a new one. thanks for the help guys.

I think you can get a bumper sticker that says "chicks dig body damage" for about $3.50. Cheaper than new fenders, and you'll feel more liberated on your next trail run.

Most chics don't really dig body damage though.
