I want to purchase new reclining front seats but I'm on a tight budget. I like the look of the Corbeau Moab seats. Thoughts anyone????

I have the corbeau Moab seats in my 06 Sport. They are comfortable and easy to install. I've only had them for about 8 months so I am unsure of their longevity.

I am 6'3" and the moabs give me significantly more support than the stock seats even on 6+ hour drives.

Install was simple and seats fit well. I have 3 point harnesses so I'm not sure about the stock seatbelt.

Budget means different things to different people.....

There are more expensive seats, and cheaper.

I installed the Corbeau baja rs recently, great seats. But by the time you add the adapters, you're looking around $750.

Grand Cherokee seats fit with minor modification...... That's more budget friendly

I'm a big Bestop supporter but not their seats. I had two sets of them in my previous TJ because the first set fell apart inside the bolstering on the sides. They sent me the second set under warranty and they too started doing the same thing. I installed PRP suspension seats in my present TJ several years ago and they're doing great.

Here's my writeup on installing the PRPs. I didn't go for reclining seats but they make them. They're made here in the US too, unlike Smittybilt's cheap junk made in China.

I bought the Moab's about 3 years ago. I am still as happy as the day I bought them.

It was cheaper for me to buy the Moab's than to recover and foam my stock seats...

I am in the same search for seats for my 2000 TJ. I have the famous Crooked drivers seat completely falling apart and want to just replace them. I will adjust the Seat frame before installing new ones so I no longer drive at a 7 Degree Angle! I am hoping for something weather resistant. Originally was going with Neoprene covers but my seats are too far gone.
