Replacing wheel studs...

I have some cross threaded studs on my 04 and I was told by 4wheelparts that for the rear you have to remove the axle shaft and in the front the hub has to come off, is this true? I really don't have the time to mess with this has anyone replaced Jeep studs, and if you had it done how much did it cost you thank you!

for the rear you just smack till it comes out, remove drum first.
the front I heard if you remove rotor and caliper you should have enough space.

This is a great question! I currently have a bent stud on the front and was thinking about replacing it myself. It is not bent so bad that I can't remove and replace the wheel. However, I know it's bent, ya know.
