Where in the dash specifically? If you are looking for a custom install, you can go to the local auto parts place and get some rocker switches that just install in a 3/8" hole in the dash next to the steering wheel... Otherwise, 12voltguy.com has some cool stuff, and quadratec sells a panel that mounts on the top of the dash for switches.

If you have to ask what it is or what it does, you don't need it, and you will need help to install it!

Or you can go with something like this for a few bucks more.

I got these from Jim at Over the River and Thru the Woods.

Yes, that is a mic plug for my Cobra 75WxSt. I saw the writeup on another site for it and did it myself. I got the bezel from a junkyard for 5.00. Got the switches from www.otrattw.com, and the lights from various sources (DPGOffroad for the IPF's, a friend for the Mopar fogs, and O'Reilly's for the cheapo fogs in the back).

When I saw the lighter hole, I noticed it was the same size as the grommet for the dash mount for the Cobra75's mic plug. Just had to drill a couple holes for those bolts.

Small box unit is stuffed behind the dash and I just drilled a big enough hole for the mic plug to fit back behind the bezel (gotta be careful doing this!).

Those switches power these lights:

Front fogs and driving:

Rear:

All wiring is done with relays. Reverse works with reverse gear AND/OR the switch

If you have any specific questions, let me know. I did a writeup on this and it is on here somewhere.
