Rockkrawler lift issues

Anyone here who has a Rockkrawler lift.... has anyone besides me have problems with the adjustable ends twisting and then popping after wheeling hard? It seems like after I wheel or just drive the streets for awhile the adjustable ends twist where they attach with the "monster" bushings and then make popping noises when backing up, hitting bumps etc....I crawled under the beeeyyotch yesterday and found everything loose again, I put the lift together with loctite to no avail. When i loosen everything like the jam nuts to straighten the ends out I fear that I am bending the ears where it attches to the front lower axle. I still cannot figure out why they made both ends adjustable, anyone else have this problem?

Thanks

Both ends adjustable? That is odd. I wonder what would happen if you welded one of the ends to the arm so it wouldn't twist. On the RE long arm kits, the end that attaches to the axles has a rubber bushing and is welded to the arms.

Yep, both ends have jam-nuts and are fully adjustable, I have been tossing around the welding thing, I'll give RK a call and see what they have to say
