roof rack and light rack questions

Hey guys I am looking in to getting a roof and light rack for my tj but I have a few questions since I can't seem to find many reviews on the ones out there. Preferably I want one that will be all bolt in and can swing out of the way so I can easily remove my soft top (eventually getting a hard top so being able to move it out of the way of both would be good). The of road unlimited rack with their defended basket ( Shop for off road and safari roof racks – jeep, truck, SUV roof racks) and it seems really well built but I can't tell if it would be possible to get the top off easily. The other one I found that seems good is the Gavin wilderness expedition rack ( Garvin Industries Cargo & Sport Racks - Quadratec) but some of the reviews say that it is extremely noisy about 30mph. Does anyone own either of these or have any other good suggestions for a rack? Any help is appreciated!

I have the garvin expedition rack and it doesn't make any noise that I know of. I haven't had the soft top off but I can't hear it will all the windows out. I have a kayak rack on my truck and that thing is supper loud so I had to buy a fairing for it.

I also haven't tried to raise it yet...I have only had the jeep for about a month maybe. I am about to take it off and strip it then paint it since it has a few rust spots. I like the rack but I cannot park in the garage because of it, not sure that matters to you. I see they have some good accessories for it as well but each and every one is $89.
