Rotopax mount help

K y'all so I want to mount my 3 gal rotopax before the doors on the space where the sahara sticker is but I can't weld for anything so I will be drilling anyone have advice or have done this before? Also should I think about rubber washers for waterproofing ?

After drilling holes put some POR 15 on both sides of the metal making sure to cover the inside edge of the new hole. Let dry 4-5 hours and bolt on your part. Make sure that you don't use so much POR 15 that you see it after the mounting.
