rough country lift?

i was looking at getting a rough country 4 in lift 4 97 tj. i was wondering if im going to gain anything by going with the kit that comes with both upper and lower flex arms or is the standard kit with just lower arms better for the price? is the fles kit reallly worth the extra $500? thx for any help

possibly. the x kit also comes with a front adjustable track bar, so thats a bonus. the x kit would save you having to get adjustable uppers for when you have to install a SYE.

If I could go back I would have bought the xflex. I ended up buying the adjustable control arms later and I think I payed more in the end.

Do you need an SYE with the Zone 4" kit?

you will need a SYE with any kit that tall. they zone kit does however say it comes with something that is supposed to correct pinion angle, but a SYE would probably be something you want anyways.
