Rough Idle

So against my better judgment I sold my 78 cj5 and purchased a 98 TJ. It has the 2.5 ltr 4 cylinder engine with 227,000 miles. The day I purchased the jeep I replaced the starter, radiator, throttle positioning sensor, did a tune up, new air filter, and an oil change. 2 days ago my girlfriend left the key forward on the jeep and ran the battery completely dead. I had my dad give me a jump and now it runs like hell again. I had it put on a computer again and the only code its throwing is for the passenger side oxygen sensor. The idle is all over the place and it acts like its starving for fuel. Pulled the plugs and it seems to.be running lean. Any ideas?

The first thing I thought was that when your battery was drained your computer was reset. Im not sure how long it takes to re-learn the sensors, but I would wait a couple miles before you start replacing everything.

I have driven it probably 70 miles. I thought it would work itself out as well but its still eratic. Where is the idle air control valve located? Ive got a frame up restored cj7 trade riding on me figuring this out.
