Rough start

I have a 4.0 01' TJ, and earlier today I was doing deliveries. I noticed a rough, rough start. It went away after hitting the gas to back up then drive forward. I think it's been 3,000 or so miles since the oil change. I am hoping that is the problem. What do you guys think? Also the check engine light was on because of bad o2 sensors. I didn't change them (lost of money) should I do that as well??

The oil having 3000 miles on it would not affect the starting any, unless its very low. You may want to scan your ECU for codes. When is the last time your Jeep had a tune-up?

You can try cleaning the idle air control valve with some throttle body cleaner. Mine did almost the same thing, when I would crank it up it would idle really rough at about 250 rpm, yes it would idle at 250 rpm and normally its around 750 rpm. So I cleaned the IAC valve and so far its been running good.
