Rubbing Issue

I have 31 x 10.50 tires on my 97 TJ and when I turn about 3/4 of the way in either direction the tires start to rub. They are rubbing on the frame and I was wondering if putting some washers on the steering stop would help any? Thanks for any help.

how are they rubbing on the frame? they should hit the sway bar or control arm before the frame. adjusting your stops will help a lot.
