Rubicon Express 3.5"

Does the Rubicon Express 3.5" super flex kit come with everything you need? Do I need different drive shafts, brake lines etc??

it comes with a TC drop. you can still use the stock drive shafts. on the road the stock brake lies are ok. off the road i would better install longer ones in the front (and rear).
you also need some 3.5" shocks.

I installed this kit on my 03 back in 04 and had no trouble at all. All that needs to be added is shocks, and you have them so your set. Good luck and post some pics. when your done.

I would highly recommend an adjustable front track bar and a rear one as well. Although not needed, they would help dial in your suspension that much better.

Is it possible to modify the Original track bar to make it adjustable, by doing some cutting and welding, drilling, taping etc. ?

Stock Track bars are pretty cheesy.IMHO In theory you could mod it. Personally I would not risk it. If cost is an issue watch Craigs list, I have found a lot of "parts" from folks upgrading to bigger lifts or just cleaning out their stock piles.
