Rubicon flares on a Sport

I got a 2000 Wrangler Sport and i wanna know if Rubicon Fender Flares will fit. I think they are an inch wider. My jeep is stock for now. Anyone got pictures? thanks

Yes. Flares from a TJ Rubicon will work on your TJ.
FYI, I measured, and they aren't quite an inch wider. My factory flares are 3.75". If I remember right, Rubicons were 4.5 or something.

Yes, I replaced the stock flares on my LJ with Rubi flares.
I went to a wheel with 3.75" backspace instead of the factory 5", and the Rubi flares gave me just enough coverage to squeak through inspection (tread must be covered... I'm within 1/4" of fully covered at the top)



Here you can see what happens on 3 miles of wet dirt road, when a bit of tread is not covered and the flare extensions are removed...

I put the sahara flares on my se, they are the same size as Rubicon flares.
I got tired of painting the stock ones also I was up sizing to 31 10.50 tires and wanted the extra coverage
