Rubicon Front Springs

Hi,

I´ve the problem that my TJ still is about 1.75" lower at the front (before it was about 2.25" lower).
My DC dealer changed the springs 4 times on warranty. Now i have the strongest springs that are available for the TJ but my problem still isn´t fixed.

A guy from a german Jeep forum told me that the Rubicon front springs are 1"-1.5" higher than the TJ springs.
Is that true? The Rubicon was never officially imported to Germany, so here are only a handul of people with a Rubicon and the dealers don´t know anything about the Rubicon.

Or do you have any other idea how my DC dealer can fix that problem with DC own parts?

If I tell him that spring No. xxx will fix my problem he will order it.

My dealer told me that he wants to put some other 1.75" spacers above my 2" BB. But that´s too unsafe in my opinion. So I´m searching for another solution.

Please help me to fix my problem.

Greets from Hamburg, Germany.

Here´s a pic of my TJ with the lower front:

Ditch the 2" BB and get a coil spring suspension. I think you're out growing your BB.

OR! If you have to stay with a BB you may want to check out the JKS ACOS. JKS says you can get as much as 3.5" in the front with this system.

i think that buying some 2"-2.5" springs will be the best for me. OME is the brand i prefer...

but for that my dc dealer has to understand that he can´t fix my problem with DC own parts. then he will pay a part of 3rd party springs. but he´s still searching for a DC in house solution.

the rubi springs are the same length as the standard springs, just slightly stiffer ... i put on rubi springs and get about .25" of lift out of them and then ditched them for some V8 ZJ springs which got me about 1.5"

dont do the rubi swap, its a waste of time and money. go for a kit or go with the ZJ springs.

Geez My 2.5" skyjacker coils were only 200.00.

Have you guys seen the little airbags you can place inside your coil and blow them up? They are used for leveling out a lift. Sounds like they may fix your problem. This link is for installing them in the rear, I wonder if they could be used in the front? They are $79.

The jeep sits lower in the front from the factory.. if you add @2" spacer in the front it should sit level with the back.
