Rubicon springs/shocks on X install ??

Is it just a swap, or what else has to be done?? How much lift will I actually get?

i think rubi coils are just a heavier duty coil.. might as well get a 2'' coil lift like the one rusty's offroad offers..

the procomp 2'' coils suck fyi

to anwser you question it is a direct swap. you wont see any lift unless your current setup is sagging.

Same height. I have rubi coils in mine and only noticed a stiffer ride.

I have blown skycrappers and rubi coils right now and I think I'm gonna shatter my teeth on the next trail ride.

if you want to put some coils in that will give you a lift.. try this..

front coils from a v8 grand cherokee.. and for the rear you can either put your front tj coils on the rear or get rear coils out of a Bonneville or similar chevy car with a v8..

2 guys did it from my jeep club and this is what they look like with 33s

The only thing is, those springs do not have a good enough spring rate for ride quality, maybe if your TJ had a V8 in it, but not a 6cyl.

That would be the same thing as using lift blocks on leaf spring vehicles. It may be cheap, but its not the right or safe thing to do.
