Rustoleum fabric and vinyl paint?

Has anybody ever used this stuff on a vinyl seat? It seems kinda crazy to use this stuff on something that gets the wear that a seat gets. It seems like it would rub off. Is it all in the prep work like usual?

Never used it on a vinyl seat but I did use 2 cans today on my faded to purple roll bar covers. Work wonderful and my covers are back to black.

Bought a can of the plastic type to recolor 1/2 dr. inside panel. Sprayed a sample area inside to check if paint will fuse to plastic and not scratch.Well,it scratches, paint will be returned if i find the slip.

As much as I really want some Dirty Mudders, the paint is only $6 a can. (I know, I know.... You get what you pay for).

I'll experiment and post pics. In the mean time I'd still be interested in any other opinions on the stuff.
