Salt and sand

I just spent five days parked in a foot of sand on N. Padre island on a shark fishing trip did some dune crawling as well. Sand deep enough to use my front diff as a sand plow. What do I need to do to keep the whole keep from turning into a rust heep? Any special maintenance, or just a good hard scrub bath?

I always just run mine up to the do it yourself carwash with the high pressure sprayer and give a really good spray after the beach.

When I get back from the beach I usually put a oscillating sprinkler underneath the Jeep for a few minutes.
