Schedule A or B for Fluid Changes?

I have an 04 TJ Sport with a Dana 44, and I'm wondering which schedule to follow for the fluid changes for the radiator, differentials, manual transmission and the transfer case. I change the oil with Mobil 1 synthetic every 5,000 miles. By the way, the last time I changed the manual transmission gear oil with the Mopar brand, it was pretty expensive. Is there another gear oil that can be used that won't void the warranty or cause wear? I still have four months left on the factory power-train warranty. The Jeep is my DD, and I go offroading on the weekends; I don't do any rock crawling, mud hole or creek creek crossings but mainly traveling mountain roads. I'd appreciate any information.
