Question "Security Group" & "Sentry Key Theft Deterrent System"?

Hi everyone,

I just bought a 2005 Wrangler Unlimited with a soft top. I live in a suspect area, and want to take every action possible to protect the truck & its top, and my stuff.. From searching the forum, I have already decided to leave it unlocked, and keep nothing in it. Beyond this, I will install a head unit with a detachable faceplate and try and get in the habit of taking it with me. But I am still worried about thieves rooting around inside and hot wiring it or otherwise driving it off. I have the original sales receipt and it came with the "Customer Preferred Package 25H" option, which includes items called "Security Group" and "Sentry Key Theft Deterrent System", can someone explain to me exactly what those are, and if they're actually effective? Thanks for the help!
