Serious ATF-4 LEAKAGE from T-CASE

For some reason, my T-case on my 2000 TJ Sport (4x4 A/T) leaks trans fluid like crazy after i let her warm up or I drive long distances. I've replaced seals over and over, but they keep blowing. Everytime I come back from going to the store or wherever, there is a big red puddle under the jeep. I'm quite sick of topping up T-fluid so often. What could be causing this?

(BTW, sorry If i violated any posting rules, this kinda had to be rushed out there. You know with the whole "not gonna get paid thanks to congress" thing, I kinda want to save some money.

It's blowing seals? Is the transfer case vent hose on top pinched plugged in any way?

Mine leaked for about 2 or 3 weeks after I replaced the pinion seal on mine, but then it just stopped completely... Just a thought, maybe are they fresh seals that need to expand some.

I'm thinking the vent too. but (bring on the embarrassment) i have no idea where to locate it. I got my jeep last year from (timritchieblue) and I honestly know little to nothing about it despite all the reading ive done. for some reason also, the mechanics wont even check the vent.

The vent hose is nothing more than a small diameter rubber hose that is secured onto a vent port on top of the transfer case. It runs forward into the engine compartment and then comes up the firewall just to the driver's side of center. It has a small white plastic piece in the top to prevent water from getting inside. The top of the vent hose is near the top of the firewall. The vent tube's job is to let the transfer case vent pressure out as it gets hot from use. The opening of the vent tube is positioned up high on the firewall with the intention of keeping water out of the transfer case.
