setting timing question

okay i was having problems with my 97 jeep 2.5 running so i am going threw everthing again will u look at my pic and see if how i set the timing if its right so i turn the crank and set it on zero the slip the dizzy so it slips in on one. is the correct?

Use the method in the FSM. See it here in the ignition section. Note the differences between the 2.5 & 4.0.
