Shake in the shifter

Just got an alignment done and everything rides smooth except when I start off in either 1st or second gear. When I get going the shifter shakes and kinda feels like the entire jeep shakes as well. But it only does this right when you let off the clutch and press on the gas. About a week ago I did get a 3in suspension lift put on with a transfer case lowering kit. Would this be that awesome. Vibe. I don't notice anything at any other speeds.

Do a search because I have heard of this. I think it's something with the shifter making contact with the body and not fully going into position?
