Should I buy this wheel & tire set up

I found a set of four 37x12.5x16.5 tires with wheels for $500. This is a set up found on trailworthyfab.com The tires are Goodyear Wrangler MT, apparently Hummer surplus tires with about 85% tread. The wheels are pressed, centered double beadlocks. These set ups aren't really too expensive on trailworthyfab.com but these are local and only $500. What i'm wondering is if anybody has run these and/or if you think it's worth it to pick them up (and why)

Thanks
Albert

Do you have the right lift and gears/axles to run 37's?

I had an H1 - they are great tires, but you will go crazy trying to balance them - don't recognize the wheels or beadlocks though.

Centramic dynamic balancers will help a lot... this is a LOT of unsprung weight, though - may stress your suspension during dynamic droop.

Yes I do. I don't have the right gears but of course I'd regear before using them. I'm mainly wondering if the deal is right and if the set up is worth it. I don't have to use them right away but wouldn't mind keeping them around if this is a sound set up. These sets cost around $2k on trail worthy fab and I do want to go up to 37s but i haven't heard of anyone using these on a TJ and want to make sure it's a good buy.

These are pretty heavy and I've read on the other forum that balancing is an issue for some. Some have effectively balanced them using airsoft bbs as it is difficult and expensive to find a place that will actually balance the 37s. I've also read that these tires are great (they are military tires after all) and outlast most other tires. Apparently when aired down to single digit psi, these tires on a 16.5"rim often results in popping a bead, hence the double beadlock these come with.

Thanks for the tip btw, i'll look into centric dynamic balancers if i buy this set up.
