Should I paint my Grill?

What do you think? Should I paint my grill black?

If so, should I paint it, or use a spray on bed liner?

No I like the second one where they did the grill only, that looks really slick. I may even do that to mine, possibly a satin finish.

I was on the fence with this decision, and decided on the grill overlay for now, until the permanent decision.. good luck..

I had a chrome grill on mine but removed it today. That could be painted and used to protect.

Strange, other than these pictures I've never run into a jeep where they painted the grill black. I like the look and since my jeep is stone white, I think it would be a good contrast.

If youre unsure if you will like it or not then use plasti-dip. It peels right off if you dont like it, and if you do then peel it off and bedline it.

I did my grill with Plasti Dip. Looks great. Give the Jeep a whole new look. I left the grill on and just taped off around it.

I agree. Ya can't go wrong either way with Plasti Dip or Rusto Bedliner Spray and it looks great on a white Jeep.

My first response was no, but I have to say the satin black (not bedliner) looks great on just the grill. I am biased however as we just finished painting a friends 97 Wrangler satin black. It was an UGLY teal when he bought it last year with 17k miles and was tempted to sell it. Now that it is painted, it looks awesome. Total cost, $175.00!
