Thanks,
I have rear lights blinking. No front blinking and no emergency blinkers. No indicator lights on dash blinking either. Thinking this all has to be due to relay.

Probably more switch or wiring related than relay related.

are the fronts on a 98 Tj suppose to blink? I was just looking at the relay and it says the light load # for signals is 2 and emergency 6. Leads me to think the fronts don't blink

Yes the front turn signals blink. Not the side markers though unless the headlights are on.
