I don't know for sure, but I"m guessing that if you have the whistling that comes with removing your HT for the summers like I do it would help. I'm thinking about getting it to try out my theory, only have $35.00 to lose..lol

Hardtop noises must be pretty common.
Unfortunately I don't have a hard top so I don't know what I would need to do to quiet it. I have heard of different solutions, check on the JK threads, maybe something there will help. Thanks

I almost pulled the trigger on this but decided to wait to see what everyone was saying. I have a TJ with factory top on it so when someone post about it working good, I will give it a try. Carbon fiber of course.

I have had several JK w freedom panels try it and say it worked for them. I pretty sure it will work for you. If not you're out shipping. Small price to pay for what could be BIG dividends

Check my eBay feedback.

See my feedback on eBay, tadnphx. You can read several comments for people who have bought them. Thanks

I was quickly credited for a full refund less shipping. I wish it worked for me….. it was worth a shot and no harm done. Like I said….. If you come up with different design and need a guinea pig, let me know.

What makes it $10 more than the original? Also only saw 1 photo on the website and it didn't show much detail on fit. More to come? Possibly showing some of the issues previously mentioned addressed?

It has another strip of acrylic that has to be cut and glued to the original. It's labor intensive and costs quite a bit more. This additional piece will bring the deflector to parallel with mounting area thus giving the adhesive more area to stick to.
This addressed the most common complaints that the adhesive strip didn't fully stick because of the rubber "bumper" on the header of some of the TJ models.
Thanks!
