Single Din Android Radio?

I have been researching the pros/cons of doing a tablet install vs double din android install vs a single din install. What I am really looking for is an all in one for GPS, Google Music, podcasting and slacker streaming. It seems there are a few options on ebay but I have been burned before by our chinese friends...

I've checked the tutorials for tablet/double din installs, and while fun, I don't have much time for. Has anyone here installed a single din radio running android? What do you think? All I need is the few things mentioned above... I don't need to browse the web or play movies in my jeep....

Thanks!

This is one I was researching before. Not sure if it has all of your requirements but it doesn't play CDs just FYI. It's a digital media receiver.

I've seriously considered getting this one. Hard to justify it right now because the current radio is working fine and has an aux input/USB input.

However, being android based would be outstanding!

Could you install a double din?
