Skid Plate moved Transmission Backward

While I was replacing my Borla muffler I needed room and dropped the skid plate. I used jack stands and jack along with two 4x6's to keep it closely aligned. My problem now is I think the Transmission slipped backward when I put the skid plate back up. Will this cause the transfer case to slightly engage 4x4? I have replaced the rear u-joints and will be changing the front soon. I will have to remove the skid plate completely this time and while I do that what else might I need to check?

It's all attached to the transmission... It can't really move back unless you have bad motor mounts or something.

Anyone care to confirm this for me?

There are three large bolts on each side that bolt to the frame.

With the four bolts on the bottom center of the skid plate bolted to the bottom of the transmission, lift up the skidplate/trans with a floor jack until the skid plate bolts are aligned on the frame. Your transmission might look like it has shifted backwards but is just sagging down with the removal of the rear transmission brace (your skid plate).
