Skyjacker lift woes

Ok I purchased an 05 TJ with a 4" skyjacker lift already installed (shame on me).
I am looking for opinions for my options to make a better setup. It has non adjustable lca's, factory uppers, transfer case is lowered 1 inch.

I know I need to get a SYE and drive shaft, with that I would assume I need to also get adjustable lca's. Will I also need to replace the factory uppers?

Are the skyjacker springs worth keeping?

Thanks for any input.

I had the 4" Skyjacker on my TJ too. After awhile, it was so bad I dreaded driving my TJ anymore, and it's my Daily Driver.

I saved and saved, and was able to purchase a 4" Savvy/Currie Suspension.

My advice, save and save your money. And purchase a high quality suspension.

It was the best thing I ever did for my TJ.

My original lift was a Skyjacker 4" suspension lift. I installed a super short sye and dc shaft, eight currie adjustable control arms, ome shocks, and left the skyjacker springs, and it rides very nice, and wheels well also. I originally swapped the sj springs out with some ome springs, but because I had installed a 1" body lift for the tummy tuck, they gave me more lift than I wanted, so I returned to the skyjacker's. The skyjacker springs will be fine for at least a few years.
