Question Smoke Blinkers anyone?

I have a black 05 TJ, and the ugly yellow blinker lens are KILLING my eyes, so i bought a can of that "nightshades" for the lens, and i put A LOT of coats to darken the lens and hide the yellow. Well there BLACK now and they look good at night still blinking yellow, but there hard to see during the day. Does anyone have the smoked blinker lens on there TJ? if so can you post up some pics? any color TJ is ok, if its a black TJ..even better! ALSO if anyone has the CLEAR blinker lens...

they don´t have EU stamps on it, but that doesn´t matter to me.
they look much better than the orange things. and our cops and the governments car testers don´t know much about jeeps. i´m not afraid that they could find out that i have illegal blinkers.

i ordered them in the US. btw. i already have clear headlights, they are also forbidden over here...

Clear headlights are forbidden? What color are they supposed to be then?

our stock EU headlights are made of frosted glass. i think the US headlights must be made of clear glass. and that´s forbidden here because it could dazzle other drivers...

Not trying to get too personal... But you're from Cali right? Are you in the Army stationed in Germany?

Do the French still run yellow headlamps (not joking)? I remember seeing them when I was stationed in Germany in 87/88.
IMy yellow TJ had the white marker lights when I bought it. ebay'd! Looked like doodie. Maybe with 22's and lowered it would have been fine. They do look pretty good on black or red though.

Reason for the yellow fogs is because of bad snow storms. The yellow light cuts through the snow better.

Just how do lights that you can't even see while driving "kill" your eyes? I think this a lot of grief over nothing... amber turn signals. When everyone had clear turn signals back in the sixties and the new cars were coming out with amber, all the kids rushed out to paint their turnsignal bulbs yellow so they'd look amber. Now that they're amber, all the kids want to rush out and get them clear again.
