Coolant burns white out of the exhaust. Check your coolant level.

Possibly a cracked head or bad head gasket.

You're sure it's white smoke and not blue? You haven't put any additives in the fuel or Sea Foam in it?

Well some condensation is normal for an exhaust like drips. White smoke does indicate you're burning coolant.

Step 1 as everyone has stated check coolant level
2. Does it still blow smoke at full operating temp
3 if you answered yes to both do a wet and dry compression test
4. Do a top end rebuild
5. Pray your coolant level is good and you just have cold mornings

Trans fluid burns white (if you have an automatic trans).

There is a vacuum line that runs from the automatic transmission to the intake manifold. If the vacuum modulator at the trans end of this hose fails, the engine can suck trans fluid. Pull the hose off the trans and check it, the inside should be dry.
